Role Purpose:
The Offline Returns Manager within Altex Service Center coordinates the entire flow of physical (offline) product returns from individual and business customers. The role involves the efficient management of the processes of reception, validation, registration, sorting, transportation, and monitoring of returned products, while ensuring compliance with delivery timelines and quality standards.We expect all candidates to send us the application documents by the 25th

Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinating the entire physical returns process for electro-IT products from collection points (stores, warehouses, service centers) to service centers.
- Supervising teams responsible for receiving, inspecting, and sorting returned products.
- Ensuring traceability of returned products at all stages (pickup, transport, registration, delivery to service).
- Collaborating with service, logistics, and customer service teams to quickly resolve returns and handle exceptions (missing items, damage, non-compliant products, etc.).
- Monitoring and optimizing return processes to reduce processing time and increase operational efficiency.
- Ensuring compliance with commercial policies and agreed return conditions with partners, suppliers, and customers.
- Preparing periodic reports on return volume, processing times, costs, and any non-conformities.
- Implementing logistical and operational solutions to improve the customer experience and internal performance.
- Managing relationships with carriers and logistics service providers involved in the offline returns process.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in returns management or logistics operations, preferably in the electro-IT, retail, or service sector.
- Solid knowledge of logistics flows, inventory management, return processes, and ERP/WMS systems.
- Strong organizational, analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Experience in coordinating operational teams.
- General knowledge of electro-IT products and repair processes is an advantage.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Intermediate/advanced Excel skills; experience with return management systems is a plus.
- English – intermediate level.
