Responsabilități:

  • Suport administrativ și operațional acordat echipei de vânzări;
  • Menținerea și actualizarea bazelor de date ale clienților în Salesforce;
  • Elaborarea ofertelor comerciale și a rapoartelor de vânzări;
  • Identificarea potențialilor clienți și contactarea acestora telefonic;
  • Gestionarea corespondenței și a comunicărilor interne și externe;
  • Implicare în organizarea întâlnirilor și evenimentelor de vânzări;
  • Colaborare constantă cu alte departamente pentru asigurarea unui flux operațional eficient.
