Suntem in cautarea unui Commercial Manager cu gandire strategica si focus pe crestere, care sa contribuie la dezvoltarea si extinderea businessului prin planificare comerciala, management de portofoliu si coordonarea echipei de vanzari. Cautam un profesionist orientat spre rezultate, cu abilitati excelente de negociere si o intelegere solida a pietei.

Responsabilitati principale:

  • Dezvolta si implementeaza strategia comerciala pentru cresterea businessului si consolidarea pozitiei pe piata;
  • Coordoneaza echipa de vanzari si asigura atingerea obiectivelor comerciale;
  • Gestioneaza si optimizeaza portofoliul de produse si parteneriatele comerciale;
  • Analizeaza tendintele de piata, competitorii si comportamentul clientilor pentru a propune actiuni strategice;
  • Stabileste si administreaza bugetele comerciale;
  • Dezvolta si mentine relatii solide cu clienti si furnizori cheie;
  • Monitorizeaza performanta comerciala si raporteaza rezultatele managementului.

Profilul candidatului ideal:

  • Experienta relevanta in roluri comerciale, preferabil in industria de distributie/retail pharma sau FMCG;
  • Experienta in coordonarea echipelor si gestionarea portofoliilor comerciale;
  • Excelente abilitati de negociere, leadership si comunicare;
  • Gandire analitica si orientare spre solutii si rezultate;
  • Capacitatea de a lucra intr-un mediu dinamic, cu multe proiecte in paralel;
  • Studii superioare, preferabil in domeniul economic sau similar.
