What You'll Do:

• Stay up to date with market trends, policy developments, and regulatory frameworks shaping the renewable energy sector in Romania.
• Conduct in-depth market analysis to identify, assess, and capture power trading and PPA origination opportunities aligned with Enery's renewable portfolio.
• Leverage data-driven insights and market intelligence to design and implement innovative trading and hedging strategies.
• Develop renewable electricity products tailored to meet evolving market demand and off-takers' needs.
• Propose and build different PPA structures based on aggregated profiles from different technologies. Explore the utilization of storage facilities and identify optimization and income streams.
• Drive the negotiation and execution of long-term PPAs and other commercial agreements, ensuring optimal risk-return balance.
• Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with renewable energy project developers, power producers, and off-takers in Romania.
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with key market participants, including off-takers, utilities, grid operators and governmental authorities in the energy sector.
• Actively engage in industry forums, conferences, and networking events to strengthen industry connections and stay informed of market developments.
• Originating trading, supply and optimization business in Romania via providing commercial services to third parties (energy consumers, renewable assets, BESS).
• Monitor market conditions and the company's portfolio performance.

Job Requirements:

• Ideally 5–7 years of professional experience in the Romanian energy market, with a strong focus on renewable energy.
• Proven experience in power trading, energy portfolio management, or PPA origination
• Demonstrated ability to structure, negotiate, and close mid and long-term sale/purchase agreements.
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills, with the ability to translate data and market insights into actionable strategies.
• Strong network within the Romanian energy sector (off-takers, producers, regulators).
• Fluency in English and Romanian (both written and spoken) and additional CEE languages is a plus.
• University degree in Economics, Engineering, Energy Management, or related field.
