We are looking for a highly organized and reliable Office Assistant who thrives in a fast-paced environment, takes ownership of responsibilities, and seeks to improve workflows with modern tools.

With these skills you are our perfect match:

  • Previous experience in an administrative or office support role
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Strong English communication skills (B2 level or higher)
  • High attention to detail and accuracy in daily tasks
  • Desire to improve workflows with digital and modern tools
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Familiarity with primary accounting tasks (invoicing, payables, expense tracking)
  • Experience with document management systems and digital archiving

How You'll Drive Success:

  • Support primary accounting tasks: verify invoices, manage timesheets, track payments, and update payables records
  • Manage and archive company documents (contracts, invoices, certificates), ensuring compliance and timely renewals
  • Provide documents to management, accountants, lawyers, or public authorities when required
  • Maintain inventory and assist in annual inventory checks
  • Oversee office operations: supplies, facilities, IT support, courier services, cleaning staff, and event logistics
  • Ensure smooth relationships with office building management and service providers
  • Organize logistics for company events, AGA/AGEA meetings, and internal activities
  • Take initiative in identifying and solving office-related issues while keeping management informed
