Head of User Acquisition
to lead and scale our growth engine. As a key member of the leadership team, you will drive the strategic vision, execution, and optimization of our user acquisition efforts across all platforms.

Your mission: to deliver high-quality traffic that fuels the success of our sweepstakes-based video games.

In this senior leadership role, you'll define the UA roadmap, manage significant budgets, and build a world-class acquisition team. If you're a growth-driven leader with deep expertise in performance marketing and a passion for the gaming space, we want to hear from you.

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Own and lead
  the user acquisition strategy for our mobile and web-based sweepstakes games.
• Oversee campaign execution
  across all major platforms (Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, Google UAC, and others).
• Build and mentor
  a high-performing UA team, including media buyers, analysts, and creative strategists.
• Develop budget forecasts
  and manage multi-million dollar monthly spends with a focus on ROI.
• Implement and scale
  data-driven optimization strategies to maximize LTV and reduce CAC.
• Partner cross-functionally
  with product, creative, and data teams to align acquisition with business objectives.
• Lead testing initiatives
  , including A/B tests and incrementality experiments to improve campaign efficiency.
• Stay ahead of trends
  in the sweepstakes, gaming, and adtech industries to keep us ahead of the curve.
• Report directly to executive leadership
  , delivering insights, KPIs, and actionable recommendations.

The PERSON

We're looking for a driven
UA specialist
with the following qualities:

• 7+ years of experience
  in performance marketing, with at least 2+ years in a leadership role.
• Mandatory experience
  managing high-budget UA campaigns in
  real-money gambling or sweepstakes
  , preferably targeting the
  US market
  .
• Proven success running UA for
  online casinos, mobile games, or sweepstakes platforms
  .
• Deep knowledge of
  TikTok, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), Snapchat, UAC
  , and programmatic platforms.
• Strong experience with
  attribution tools
  (e.g., AppsFlyer, Adjust) and analytics platforms (GA, Looker, Amplitude).
• Excellent understanding of
  user funnels, cohort analysis, segmentation, and creative optimization
  .
• Track record of
  hiring, leading, and mentoring teams
  in fast-paced environments.
• Comfortable presenting to executives, with sharp
  analytical and strategic thinking
  .
• Passion for gaming and a deep understanding of
  casual and sweepstake gaming audiences
  .
