We are currently seeking a
Head of HR
to join our talented team. The role requires a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in multinational environments and a deep understanding of various cultural, legal, and business practices.

Location
: Bucharest.

What you'll be actively doing:

  • Drive Strategic HR Leadership:
  • Develop and execute HR strategy that aligns with global business goals and supports long-term organizational growth and scalability.
  • Performance & Culture:
  • Ensure the implementation of performance management frameworks that foster a high-performance, feedback-driven culture aligned with business KPIs.
  • Organizational Change & Transformation:
  • Lead local execution of organizational change and transformation initiatives, ensuring effective communication, stakeholder alignment, and risk mitigation.
  • Operational Excellence & Efficiency:
  • Introduce and embed HR best practices to streamline HR operations, increase efficiency, and ensure consistent employee experience across functions.
  • Talent Acquisition & Retention:
  • Oversee talent acquisition strategies to meet current and future workforce needs. Build and execute talent retention plans that support leadership development and succession planning.
  • Employee Relations & Compliance:
  • Manage employee relations issues and ensure compliance with Romanian labour laws and global HR policies, balancing legal risk with business needs.
  • HR Technology & Data Analytics:
  • Oversee the use and optimization of HRIS platforms and analytics tools to enhance workforce planning, decision-making, and data-driven insights.
  • HR Metrics & Reporting:
  • Monitor and report on key HR metrics, providing strategic insights and updates to the executive leadership and global HR stakeholders.
  • Executive Partnership:
  • Act as a trusted advisor to local and global executive teams, contributing to strategic business discussions and influencing people-related decisions at the highest level.

  • Minimum of 7 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role in a global organization.
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

  • Proven track record of developing and implementing successful HR strategies in a multinational environment.
  • Be skilled in building Relationships, Coaching, Managing Processes.
