In calitate de
Legal Adviser – Regulatory area
, vei asigura conformitatea activitatilor companiei cu legislatia si reglementarile relevante.Vei acorda consultanta juridica departamentelor societatii.

Vei interpreta corect cadrul legal pentru toate departamentele, vei oferi suport juridic intern si vei contribui la implementarea proceselor si politicilor interne in linie cu cerintele legale.

Care sunt responsabilitatile principale?

  • Monitorizarea legislatiei si reglementarilor aplicabile domeniului de activitate (nationale si europene).
  • Identificarea proiectelor de lege relevante si oferirea de suport in activitatile de consultare publica si advocacy.
  • Interpretarea prevederilor legislative si comunicarea implicatiilor catre departamentele interne.
  • Asigurarea implementarii proceselor interne conform cerintelor legale.
  • Elaborarea si actualizarea politicilor si procedurilor interne.
  • Redactarea si revizuirea documentatiei cu componenta regulatory (contracte, proceduri, rapoarte catre autoritati, politici interne).
  • Gestionarea relatiei cu autoritatile si participantii la sistem (notificari, raportari, consultari publice).
  • Identificarea si evaluarea riscurilor de neconformitate si propunerea de solutii.
  • Participarea la proiecte de modificare legislativa (analiza de impact, propuneri de amendamente).
  • Oferirea de suport intern si traininguri privind noutatile legislative.

Ce cautam ?

  • Cautam un coleg(a) cu studii juridice finalizate si cu experienta anterioara in zona de reglementare, conformitate sau in relatia cu autoritatile. Este important sa iti placa sa analizezi, sa comunici clar si sa redactezi documente cu atentie la detalii.
  • Ne-ar placea sa fii o persoana deschisa, curioasa si atenta, care se simte confortabil intr-un mediu unde lucrurile se misca repede si deciziile se iau pe loc. La RetuRo, zilele rareori seamana intre ele, asa ca e nevoie de cineva care stie sa jongleze cu mai multe sarcini simultan si se adapteaza usor.
  • Engleza la nivel avansat (scris si vorbit) este necesara, pentru ca o parte din activitate presupune comunicare si documente in aceasta limba.
