motivat și atent la detalii, care să se alăture echipei noastre și să contribuie la dezvoltarea uneia dintre cele mai dinamice organizații din domeniul HoReCa.

Profilul tău:

Studii juridice finalizate;

Minim 3 ani experiență în domeniul juridic, pe un post similar;

Cunoștințe solide de drept civil și comercial;

Cunoștințe de dreptul muncii și fiscal constituie avantaj;

Abilități excelente de comunicare și negociere;

Engleză avansat (scris și vorbit).

Ca
Legal Advisor,
vei avea următoarele atribuții cheie:

Revizuirea, redactarea și negocierea contractelor comerciale;

Acordarea de asistență juridică internă pentru toate departamentele companiei (HR, Financiar, Operațional, Marketing);

Gestionarea relației cu autoritățile și instituțiile publice, precum și pregătirea documentației necesare în interacțiunea cu acestea;

Monitorizarea și implementarea modificărilor legislative aplicabile domeniului de activitate;

Oferirea de suport juridic în proceduri pre-litigioase și litigioase, inclusiv colaborarea cu avocații externi;

Elaborarea și actualizarea politicilor și procedurilor interne, pentru a asigura conformitatea cu legislația;

Sprijin în proiectele de expansiune (achiziții, francize, deschideri de locații noi) din perspectivă juridică;

Analiza riscurilor juridice și formularea de recomandări practice pentru management;

Pregătirea de materiale și recomandări pe teme de conformitate și bune practici juridice.
