It is an exciting time at Chain IQ and our team in Romania is looking for a Legal Advisor (career level Consultant) in the Legal & Compliance Team as maternity cover for the incumbent.

Role Purpose

The primary purpose is to deliver legal support for the Legal&Compliance Team based in Switzerland.

Responsibilities

We are currently seeking a Legal Advisor to join the Legal & Compliance Team. The Legal Advisor needs to be a dynamic individual with proven experience (2-3 years) in legal work in an international environment. Fluency in English is a must.

Main responsibilities will include:

Support the Legal team based in Switzerland in contract related matters, in particular regarding the administration and optimization of contract templates (including digitalization of the review process)Implement contract related client requirements regarding subcontractors (including defining and managing the process)Review and negotiate Non-Disclosure Agreements as well as small client and supplier agreements

Requirements

Bachelor Degree in LawExcellent communication skillsHave the ability to work in parallel on multiple topics and with different stakeholdersStrong collaborative behaviorEnglish and Romanian: fluent orally and in writing
