- Define and refine architecture for LLM orchestration and backend scalability.
- Coach and mentor team members, enforce code quality, and ensure delivery milestones.
- Design LLM pipelines: prompt design, result post-processing, hybrid logic.
- Drive roadmap decisions in collaboration with product and AI leads.
Requirements
Must Have:
- Bachelor's degree (Computer Science, Computer Engineering, System Engineering).
- Proven experience leading a backend development team in an agile environment.
- 5+ years of backend development with Python.

- Comfortable working in Linux environments and agile setups.
- Openness to learning telecom fundamentals (4G/5G, RAN, Core).
Nice To Have
- Experience with Java is preferred.
- Experience with Go is nice, but not by itself only.
- Understanding of telecom domain architectures (e.g., O-RAN, 5G slicing, MEC).
- Experience with LangChain, RAG, vector databases (e.g., Pinecone, Qdrant).
- Background in backend observability, security, or performance.
