Description & RequirementsWho we are looking for
Deloitte's Corporate Finance team, the largest Mergers & Acquisitions advisory team in Romania has one opening for an Associate.
We are seeking a bright, mature and motivated Associate aspiring to develop a career in mergers and acquisitions. We offer a unique opportunity to gain relevant experience in all areas of a transaction, from preparation of marketing materials to facilitation of due diligence. You will be part of a unique culture that emphasizes teamwork and a strong sense of belonging. You will interact daily with senior investment advisors and industry decision makers.
Qualifications:
- Preferably prior relevant work experience background in investment banking, finance, international business (internships or full time work)
- Evidence of strong analytical, spreadsheet, presentation and writing skills
- Highly motivated, with a strong desire to be the "best of the best"
- Ability to work a demanding schedule
- Strong undergraduate and graduate academic performance in corporate finance, project finance, international transactions, capital markets, direct investment, financial and economic analysis
- Master degree or graduate school degree from a prestigious institution; CFA candidacy would be a plus.
