Job role

The Junior Finance Process Designer supports the development and optimization of financial processes within the organization. This entry-level position involves assisting in the design and implementation of efficient finance-related workflows, collaborating with various teams to ensure alignment with business objectives. The Junior Finance Process Designer contributes to process improvement initiatives and helps maintain documentation to support operational excellence

What will you do 

    Assist in analyzing existing financial processes to identify areas for improvement and increased efficiency.
     Support the design and implementation of streamlined finance processes under the guidance of senior team members.
     Support in KPI analysis by collaborating on data collection, identifying trends, and evaluating processes to enhance performance and optimize business operations.
     Provide support in ticket analysis, controlling, and functional topics to ensure efficient resolution and continuous improvement of business operations.
     Assist in identifying and redirecting tickets to ensure timely and accurate resolution of issues within business operations.
     Collaborate with Finance teams to ensure processes meet business needs and compliance standards.
     Help maintain documentation for finance processes, including policies, procedures, and guidelines.
     Participate in regular reviews and audits of finance processes to ensure effectiveness and compliance.
     Utilize basic data analytics and process modeling tools to support process design efforts.
     Contribute to process improvement initiatives, learning and applying methodologies such as Lean Six Sigma and Agile.
     Provide training and assistance to finance teams during the adoption and implementation of new processes and systems.
     Stay informed about industry trends and advancements in finance process design to support innovative practices.
     Organize and manage meetings, including documenting minutes

What you bring

     Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
     Internship or relevant experience in Finance, Accounting, or Process Design is beneficial.
     Basic knowledge of MS Office package.
     Basic understanding of financial operations and systems.
     Familiarity with process modeling and data analytics tools is a plus.
     Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
     Effective communication and collaboration abilities.
     Fluent in English is essential.
     Eagerness to learn and develop skills in process improvement methodologies.
     Demonstrate eagerness to learn and develop skills in Allianz tools and systems to enhance efficiency and contribute effectively to team objectives.
     Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and compliance.
