About the Role

We are looking for a passionate and creative Marketing & Branding Specialist to join our team and support the growth and identity of our brands across the FMCG category. The ideal candidate has a strong eye for visual identity, understands consumer behavior, and is comfortable managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

In this role, you will collaborate closely with our design, digital, and trade marketing teams to develop impactful branding concepts, marketing materials, and communication touchpoints.

Key Responsibilities

Branding & Visual Identity

Develop and implement branding elements for new and existing products

Ensure consistency of visual identity across all materials (packaging, POSM, digital, print)

Collaborate with the design team to create visually strong and cohesive brand concepts

Contribute to the development and enforcement of brand guidelines

Marketing Material Development

Coordinate production of ATL & BTL materials: posters, banners, packaging, presentations, POSM, short videos

Create clear and concise briefs for internal design teams and external suppliers

Review and approve visual materials to ensure they meet brand standards

Market & Competitor Analysis

Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and consumer insights

Propose new strategic directions based on data and market behavior

Prepare regular brand performance and perception reports

Campaign Coordination

Support planning and implementation of product launches and marketing campaigns

Manage communication with agencies, suppliers, and partners

Ensure message consistency across all communication channels

Assist with digital, influencer, social media, and in-store marketing initiatives

Project Management

Manage multiple branding and marketing projects simultaneously

Track project stages: concept → creation → feedback → implementation

Coordinate effectively with cross-functional teams (design, digital, sales, production)

Cross-Department Support

Provide the sales team with presentations, POP materials, and promotional kits

Collaborate with trade marketing on in-store visibility and activations

Requirements

1–3 years of experience in marketing, branding, or visual communication (FMCG experience is a plus)

Strong understanding of branding and visual identity principles

Excellent organizational and project management skills

Strong aesthetic sense and attention to visual detail

Proficient in MS Office; experience with Canva, Figma, or Adobe Suite is an advantage

Strong communication and teamwork abilities

Creative, proactive, and results-oriented
