We are looking for a Project Lead Exhibitions and Events, who will be responsible for conception, planning, implementation, and follow-up of events and trade fairs, both analog and digital, for the ebm-papst Group.

Ebm-papst Group is the world's leading manufacturer of fans and motors.

What You'll Do:

Development of a suitable event concept for the topics and objectives to be presented (including product, industry, image) in cooperation with the clients (including segment marketing, market segments, GF).

Preparation, implementation, and evaluation of events (trade fairs, customer events, company events, webinars, digital customer events) in cooperation with external and internal partners.

  • Coordination of the content and products to be presented with internal interfaces
  • Creation of stand layout and drawing of stand plan for analog trade fairs
  • Setting up and hosting digital webinars and events with various conference systems
  • Coordinating, coordinating, and commissioning external advertising agencies, external trade fair construction companies, internal trade fair construction, internal service teams, ep locations, and subsidiaries
  • Organization of training for trade fair and event personnel
  • On-site support for digital and analog events
  • Evaluation and performance review of events

Creation and monitoring of the project and budget plan.

Development of analog and digital exhibition spaces and exhibits to represent ebm-papst products and services in a contemporary and exciting way.

What You'll Bring:

Professional experience in the industry

  • Professional experience in the field of event management is an advantage

Specialist knowledge

  • Completed training or studies in marketing, event management, or business administration
  • Experience with online marketing measures and conference systems is an advantage
  • Project management experience
  • Very good English skills
