Responsabilități
  • interfata principala dintre companie si client in toate problemele legate de proiect, stabilind canalele de comunicare, respectand planul de productie si livrari, problemele comerciale si indicatorii financiari;
  • asigura comunicarea informatiilor primite de la client catre toti membrii echipei in functie de specificul fiecarei situatii;
  • asigura comunicarea catre client a procesului de escaladare asigurand respectarea acestuia si evitand situatii neprevazute in acest sens;
  • primeste si rezolva cererile clientului asigurand definirea si implementarea in functie de specificatii;
  • pregateste rapoarte si prezentari pentru management, clienti sau alti terti interesati. 
  • oferă support în ariile unde este solicitat, în cadrul departamentului.
Cerințe
  • experienta de 1-2 ani in administrare sau management de program sau domenii conexe;
  • limba engleza – nivel avansat;
  • cunostinte operare PC: Microsoft Office;
  • cunostinte in domeniul ISO9001, ISO13485 si ISO 14971;
  • aptitudini tehnice si de comunicare interpersonala;
  • aptitudini de conducere si mentorare;
  • abilitati de relationare cu clientii.
