Role Overview

We are looking for a
Business System Analyst (BSA)
with strong experience in the finance and accounting domain, able to act as a bridge between business needs and technical solutions. The role involves a deep understanding of Finance/Accounting processes and translating them into functional and technical requirements, contributing to the optimization of systems and workflows.

Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze and document existing financial and accounting processes, identifying opportunities for improvement and automation.
  • Translate business requirements into clear and detailed specifications for IT development teams.
  • Collaborate with Finance/Accounting stakeholders to understand operational and reporting needs.
  • Coordinate and participate in testing activities (UAT, SIT), ensuring solutions meet business requirements.
  • Provide post-implementation support and contribute to change management activities.
  • Facilitate communication and alignment between business and IT teams, ensuring quality solution delivery.
  • Monitor system performance and propose enhancements for efficiency.

Requirements

  • 3–5+ years of relevant experience as a Business Analyst / Business System Analyst, preferably within Finance/Accounting.
  • Strong knowledge of Finance/Accounting processes (O2C, P2P, R2R, etc.) and their impact on IT systems.
  • Hands-on experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics) or other financial platforms.
  • Excellent analytical, documentation, and communication skills.
  • Ability to understand both business language and technical concepts.
  • Proven experience in writing functional specifications and project documentation.
  • Familiarity with Agile/Waterfall methodologies and project tracking tools (Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, or similar).
  • Advanced English skills (written and spoken).
