About you:

Join our GTS Customer Platforms team as a Business Analyst, driving the delivery of the Salesforce ecosystem. You'll bridge business requirements with technical implementation, ensuring our platforms meet customer needs and business objectives.

Day-to-day, you will:


• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements for the Salesforce ecosystem


• Collaborate with stakeholders to define user stories, acceptance criteria, and process flows


• Participate in sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives as part of Agile delivery teams


• Supporting implementation and participate in Integration Testing and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).

Your skills and experiences might also include:


• 3+ years' experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in CRM/Salesforce environments


• Strong understanding of sales & support processes and customer lifecycle management


• Experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud (including CPQ modules), Service Cloud and Experience Cloud


• Proven track record working in Agile/Scrum methodologies with active participation in Scrum ceremonies


• Salesforce certifications (Admin, Advanced Admin, CPQ Specialist, Sales or Service Cloud Consultant)


• Experience with Salesforce ecosystem tools (Flow, Process Builder, Lightning Platform)


• Familiarity with data migration and system integration projects
