  • Absolvent de studii medii sau universitare
  • Experienta de minim 1 an de lucru in call-center sau in interactiunea cu clientii
  • Cunostinte Ms Office
  • Bune aptitudini de comunicare şi negociere
  • Spirit de echipa
  • Persoana dinamica, perseverenta si concise
  • O buna cunoastere a limbii romane, atat scrisa cat si vorba
  • Cunoasterea limbii engleze la nivel mediu

Descrierea jobului

Impreuna cu ceilalti colegi din echipa, te vei ocupa de administrarea daunelor pentru telefoane mobile si alte aparate electronice, prin:

  • Preluarea si efectuarea de apeluri si oferirea informatiilor necesare in vederea solutionarii dosarelor deschise

  • Activitati administrative privind daunele inregistrate:

  • Inregistrarea in sistem a daunelor avizate de clienti

  • Receptionarea, verificarea si arhivarea documentelor
  • Primirea si redactarea corespondentei (email-uri)
  • Pregatirea rapoartelor si a prezentarilor solicitate de client
