Ce căutăm:

Căutăm un IT Application Manager care să fie puntea de legătură între tehnologie, marketing, vânzări și experiența clientului. Vei coordona aplicațiile critice din zona de sales & marketing și vei avea un rol-cheie în asigurarea continuității, performanței și evoluției acestora, într-un ecosistem digital în plină transformare.

Ce vei face:

  • Vei fi responsabil de administrarea și dezvoltarea aplicațiilor IT care susțin procesele de vânzări, marketing și customer touchpoints (Website, CRM, Portaluri clienți etc.).
  • Vei lucra direct cu stakeholderii de business pentru a înțelege nevoile comerciale și a le transpune în cerințe tehnice clare.
  • Vei colabora cu echipele de dezvoltare, arhitectură și infrastructură pentru a implementa soluții robuste, scalabile și orientate spre utilizator.
  • Vei gestiona cererile de evoluție, backlog-ul și roadmap-ul aplicațiilor din zona de Marketing, Sales & Customer Engagement.
  • Vei coordona activitățile de testare, UAT și go-live pentru proiectele sau modificările implementate.
  • Vei contribui la automatizarea și optimizarea proceselor de vânzări și la crearea unei experiențe coerente pentru utilizatori și clienți.
  • Vei monitoriza performanța aplicațiilor și vei asigura suportul de nivel 2-3, împreună cu partenerii tehnici.

Ce ne dorim de la tine:

  • Cunoștințe tehnice:
  • Java & JavaScript – înțelegere la nivel de structură cod, debugging, colaborare cu echipe de dezvoltare;
  • SQL de bază;
  • Familiaritate cu HTML/CSS și librării moderne (React, Angular);
  • Noțiuni despre UX/UI și colaborare cu echipe de design;
  • Experiență de minimum 3-5 ani în administrarea sau dezvoltarea de aplicații IT : Web & Mobile App.
  • Cunoștințe despre procese de marketing, vânzări, customer experience, lead management, onboarding.
  • Abilități de analiză de business și capacitate de a traduce cerințele comerciale în soluții funcționale.
  • Experiență cu metodologii Agile/Scrum și instrumente de tip Jira, Confluence etc.
  • Excelente abilități de comunicare și coordonare cu echipe multidisciplinare.
