What is INMAP OCR


• optical character recognition software which extracts data from scanned documents

Responsibilities


• Troubleshoot and resolve software issues


• Collaborate with Development team as needed to provide solutions


• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to manage and maintain the application infrastructure, including policy configuration, profile deployment, software distribution and certificate installation


• Provide Root Cause Analysis when requested


• Monitor application health, security compliance, and performance, taking proactive measures to address any issues that arise


• Deliver new and improved capabilities in systems monitoring, recovery and stability aspects of the system.


• Assist in the setup and configuration of new platform infrastructure


• Respond to and resolve escalated technical issues related to the application


• Create and maintain documentation related to best practices and troubleshooting guides


• Perform Application and DB script deployment


• Other support-related activities.

Mandatory Skills Description

Strong technical background with excellent problem solving and multi-tasking skills

Minimum 3 yrs or more of Technical / Application Support experience

Strong service oriented experience / background

Experience in IT Service Operations

Experience with SQL Server mandatory

Experience with Windows Powershell mandatory

Networking knowledge

Familiar with Incident Management processes and tools

Familiar with Agile methodology

Nice to have: ITIL v3/v4 certification

Soft Skills:

Good communication skills

Ability to function as part of an international team with different locations

Ability to work in a fast-paced and quickly changing environment

Languages:

English is mandatory(medium-advanced level)

German - nice to have.
