About the Role:

As an
IT Application Owner (ITAO)
, you will manage the full lifecycle of business-critical applications, ensuring compliance, stability, and continuous improvement. You will work closely with global teams in a dynamic environment, supporting Deutsche Bank's technology transformation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee application lifecycle: design, development, testing, production, decommissioning.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory, security, and IT policy requirements.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders: Business, Security, Development, QA, Support, Finance, Vendors, Architecture.
  • Monitor performance, availability, and stability across environments (INT, UAT, PROD).
  • Implement configuration changes, patches, and certificate renewals.
  • Support incident, problem, and change management (ITIL).
  • Drive DevOps practices: automation, monitoring, CI/CD.
  • Maintain clear documentation for audits and compliance.

Requirements:

  • Experience in application or service management within global IT organizations.
  • Knowledge of ITIL processes (Incident, Problem, Change, Release).
  • Proven experience in audit preparation, risk assessments, security patching, and compliance management
