The Role
We're looking for a Junior Sales & Account Manager to own the full client relationship cycle – from onboarding and campaign setup to daily communication and upselling. You'll also drive new business conversations, qualify leads, and close deals.
What You'll Do
- Manage a portfolio of B2B clients as their main point of contact
- Onboard new clients, define ICPs, and align campaign objectives
- Oversee active campaigns, track performance, and suggest optimizations
- Conduct discovery calls, qualify leads, and set meetings
- Upsell and cross-sell services to existing accounts
- Keep CRM records updated and accurate
- Coordinate with operations to ensure flawless execution
What We're Looking For
- 1–3 years in sales, account management, or client success is a plus (not mandatory)
- Comfortable with cold calling
- Strong relationship-building and communication skills
- Organized, proactive, and able to juggle multiple priorities
- Confident in sales conversations and value-based selling
- Curious, eager to learn, and driven to grow into a senior role
