  4. Technical Proficiency
    :

Agents must be proficient in the use of customer relationship management tools (e.g., Salesforce), reporting platforms (e.g., Looker), and communication tools (e.g., Outreach, WhatsApp), or any equivalent tools as designated by Bolt.
5. Adaptability and Agility
:
Agents shall have the capacity to perform effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, with the flexibility to adapt to changes in processes, tools, and merchant needs.
