For our client, a publicly traded global, we are looking for a
Customer Service Representative in Bucharest - Baneasa Area.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Handling routine customer orders, including demand management, sample follow-ups and complex orders;
  • Managing the complete order process – from customer contact or electronic channels to product delivery – ensuring correct product, quantity, paperwork and equipment;
  • Receiving and logging customer complaints and coordinating resolution actions with internal teams;
  • Managing customer accounts in collaboration with Sales, Credit and Accounts Receivable teams;
  • Creating monthly invoices for CMRs and dealers, including printing and mailing them;
  • Administering master data in SAP and resolving any disputes or claims raised by customers;
  • Preparing and providing customer-related reports (orders, sales, shipments);
  • Gathering customer feedback regularly to improve service quality;
  • Collaborating closely with internal teams (Customer Service, Sales, Credit, Supply Chain) and external partners (Logistics providers, Auditors).

The Ideal Candidate:

  • 2-year fixed-term contract (maternity leave cover);
  • Hybrid (3 days on-site, 2 days remote);
  • Good knowledge of SAP;
  • At least 2-3 years of experience in a similar role or in customer service;
  • Good command of English, both verbal and written communication;
  • Strong attention to detail and analytical skills;
  • Strong coordination skills with a proactive approach to problem-solving;
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team;
  • Experience with cross-functional collaboration;
  • Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office.
