Căutăm un Head of Sales & Growth care să construiască și să scaleze mașina de vânzări pentru ImoBoost la nivel național.

Ce vei face (responsabilități)

  • Creezi și implementezi strategia de vânzări pentru ImoBoost (online + prin rețeaua Property Lab).
  • Construiești și gestionezi pipeline-ul de vânzări: lead → discuție → ofertă → închidere → predare către onboarding.
  • Lucrezi împreună cu marketingul pentru campanii de lead generation (Google, Meta, funnel-uri, parteneri, afiliați).
  • Dezvolți scripturi de vânzare, template-uri de ofertă și proceduri de follow-up.
  • Setezi și urmărești targete de vânzări pe canal (agenți, online, afiliați), raportezi lunar rezultatele.
  • Colaborezi cu Head of Product și managementul ImoBoost pentru ajustarea pachetelor, prețurilor și poziționării.
  • Recrutezi, formezi și coordonezi, în timp, o echipă de Sales (SDR/Account Executive / afiliați).

Ce căutăm la tine (cerințe & profil)

  • Experiență solidă în
    vânzări B2C/B2B
    , ideal în servicii digitale, SaaS, marketing sau real estate.
  • Înțelegi bine concepte precum: funnel de vânzări, conversie, cost per lead, cost per client, LTV.
  • Ești foarte bun la comunicare – la telefon, în call-uri online și față în față.
  • Ai un mix bun între
    strategie
    (vezi imaginea de ansamblu) și
    execuție
    (îți sufleci mânecile și vinzi).
  • Te descurci cu CRM-uri, Google Sheets/Excel și nu te sperie platformele de ads/automatizare.
  • Ești orientat pe rezultat, nu te blochezi la primele refuzuri și știi să duci o discuție până la decizie.
  • Plus: experiența în real estate sau colaborarea cu proprietari/agenți este un avantaj important.
