The O pportunity

We are seeking an autonomous, meticulous and organized Project Manager Service Delivery Manager to manage complex technical projects and their planification with the token service provider(TSP) and trust authentication(TA) solution.

The TA solution is a multi use cases, multi device solution to authenticate on multiple applications. Clients are international.

TSP is a card tokenization solution that enables banks to digitize their users' credit cards, used by Bancontact Payconiq in Belgium

As a project manager, you'll have transversal projects, interaction with lots of different people. You'll manage specific needs in order to deliver the projects, from analysis to billing, through a lot of planification and communication.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• You guarantee Worldline's services to the client within the framework of project activities and in the execution of the contract (Run service).
• You have an overall functional knowledge of the product and rely on the Product Owners to deepen customer requests.
• You have technical knowledge of platforms, you are in charge to communicate with operations team.
• You have a perfect understanding of contracts: the service agreement, the financial elements, the reversibility conditions, the QAP, etc.
• You supervise and defend the quality of services provided by Worldline teams (product QoS, customer acceptance support, production, etc.).
• You onboard projects with clients: new fonctionalities, prospect, product configuration, until delivery.
  You are in charge of meetings, budgets, plannings using worldline tools.

• You can facilitate functional and technical communication between clients/product owner/product manager
• You've got knowledge about contracts, financials, project tools

• Excellent communication skills, you like working in team and be of support
• You speak French and English
  At least 3 years of experience in project management
