Support for Expressions of Interest (LoIs, EoIs) and Pre-Qualifications (PQs)

  • Follow directions and guidance of the Department Project Manager
  • Adapting standard texts to meet specific project requirements and client expectations for Request for Proposals and Tenders
  • Drafting and submitting requests for clarifications to the contracting authority concerning selection criteria.
  • Preparing and submitting replies to clarification requests received from the contracting authority, for areas directly related to the candidate's work;
  • Compiling and verifying all required documentation in compliance with formal requirements, ensuring accuracy and completeness under tight deadlines;
  • Support for preparation of PQs jointly with partner companies, including monitoring incoming documentation and proactively following up on missing items;
  • Performing detailed checks to ensure consistency, compliance, and quality across all documentation, including legal and financial content;
  • Final and consistent formatting of all necessary documents in accordance with the client's requirements; and final release for printing
  • Ensuring timely and secure dispatch of proposals and tracking delivery to final recipient
  • If necessary, following up on client decisions and communication, particularly with the European Commission
Support for Technical Proposals
  • Compiling legal, financial, reference, and other administrative documents, ensuring adherence to format, validity, and compliance requirements;
  • Reviewing and cross-checking multiple documentation, with a strong focus on accuracy and consistency;
Database Maintenance
  • Updating and maintaining internal databases and tracking systems related to technical projects
  • Ensuring the integrity and accuracy of data inputs while managing frequent updates across multiple projects
