Adecco is looking for an
Order Management Specialist w French
to join one of our clients teams, a multinational company.

The contract is for a
fixed period of 6 months.

Responsibilities:

  • Process and manage customer orders from entry to delivery using SAP.
  • Communicate with customers to provide order updates, resolve issues, and ensure high satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure order accuracy and timely fulfillment.
  • Handle inquiries related to pricing, availability, and shipping.
  • Identify and escalate any operational or system-related issues.
  • Maintain accurate records of transactions and customer interactions.

Requirements:

  • Experience
    in customer support, order management, or a related role.
  • Proficiency in SAP
    is a nice to have (experience in order processing within SAP is required).
  • Advanced English
    communication skills (written and spoken).
  • Conversational to advanced French
    proficiency to support French-speaking customers.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
