Your Future Role
The primary purpose of this role is to provide tactical and HRIS system support to the Global Mobility team related to international relocations. This role will be involved in day-to-day Global Mobllity operations and will play a key role in ensuring a globally consistent process and customer experience for internal and external stakeholders. This position will be responsible for initiating assignment services with service providers for tax, immigration, and relocation and following up to ensure all tasks have been completed successfully.
Responsibilities Will Include, But Not Be Limited To
- Initiate international assignments with service providers by completing, routing, and obtaining approvals for various forms and documents required for internatonal relocations and working with service providers on gathering information required throughout the assignment lifecycle. Liase with internal teams (Payroll, Compensation, Human Resources, etc.) to ensure alignment on assignment start dates, end dates, extensions, localizations, etc.
- Partner with service providers to ensure assignment-related tasks are completed successfully, within the required timeline for delivery, and with adherence to global operating procedures. Regular follow up with service providers, as needed, and provide regular status updates to Global Mobility Leads and HR Business Partners. Provide compensation details on a monthly and quarterly basis for North America and address any questions from tax service provider.
- Input job changes into Workday for all assignments, localizations, and permanent transfers. Support the Global Mobility Leads with semi-annual allowance update process, as needed.
- Identify opportunities to improve operating procedures and updating SOPs accordingly. This role is expected to have regular interaction with his/her counterpart supporting other regions to ensure consistency in operations, share best practices, and serve as a back-up support, if needed. Responsible for saving and organizing all assignment documentation.
Experience
To Join Our Team, it will require you having:
- 3+ years of experience in HR Support, Operations, or Global mobility
- Previous experience in a shared service environment is preferred.
- Familiarity with compensation and payroll processes and timelines.
- Experience with task/project management and providing regular status updates.
- Experiece working with external vendors, benefits providors, or payroll vendors, as applicable
Knowledge & Skills
- Exceptional written & verbal communication skills as well as strong analytical & problem-solving skills.
- Detail oriented with strong business acumen & critical thinking skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office products.
- Ability to work autonomously with minimal supervision and partner with internal and external stakeholders to see tasks through to completion and adhere to global standards and processes.
