Your mission
As the Senior Product Manager for Agent Templates and Solutions, you will own the strategy and execution for our library of pre-built agents. Your mission is to accelerate our customers' time-to-value by providing them with a world-class catalog of robust, reusable, and easily customizable agent templates. You will be the key driver in creating a vibrant ecosystem of solutions that empower customers and partners to deploy powerful AI automation with speed and confidence.

What You'll Do At UiPath

• Own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for agent templates and requisite building blocks, along with the underlying framework.
• Define and standardize the architecture and best practices for creating high-quality, reusable, and enterprise-grade agent templates.
• Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of agent solutions, from ideation and development to their publication in the catalog, including versioning and ongoing improvements.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, design, sales, marketing, and vertical product teams to ensure the solutions are powerful, marketable, and meet customer needs.
• Partner with solution architects and our partner ecosystem to identify high-value use cases and drive the creation of a rich portfolio of agent templates.
• Engage deeply with customers and developers to understand their needs for discovering, customizing, and deploying agent solutions.
• Establish and analyze KPIs to measure the success of the solutions catalog, including template adoption, deployment rates, and user satisfaction, using this data to guide the roadmap.
• Act as the subject matter expert for agent templates and solutions, advocating for best practices both internally and externally.

What You'll Bring To The Team

• 5+ years in product management, with a proven track record of managing platform products, developer tools, or enterprise software solutions.
• Experience launching and managing complex enterprise-grade software products, particularly those involving AI/ML capabilities for enterprise customers.
• Strong understanding of what makes a successful template or reusable software component, with a keen eye for quality, customization, and user experience.
• Experience working with enterprise software, SaaS, and platform-as-a-service (PaaS) products is highly desirable.
• Technical fluency in LLMs, Agents, and robotic process automation (RPA) technologies, with the ability to make informed decisions on technology and architecture.
• Exceptional strategic thinking, analytical capabilities, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication skills, capable of influencing stakeholders at all levels and collaborating effectively with technical and business teams.
• Experience defining and shipping products that serve a dual-sided market (e.g., content creators and content consumers) is a plus.
• Passion for AI-driven automation and a vision for how a robust solutions catalog can accelerate the adoption of cutting-edge AI technology.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related fields; advanced degree preferred.
