Your role

  • Managing and overseeing the local vehicle fleet (maintenance, documentation, registration, insurance)

  • Handling day-to-day operations and customer service for fleet clients

  • Coordinating administrative and operational processes related to fleet management

  • Acting as a communication bridge between the local office and the central Fleet Operations team in Poland

  • Taking ownership of workflow organization, internal communication, and reporting within the fleet area

  • Monitoring ongoing requests and ensuring timely and accurate completion of tasks


Requirements:

  • Proven experience in fleet management or fleet administration

  • Solid understanding of vehicle lifecycle management, including registration, maintenance, insurance, and leasing processes

  • Ability to work with fleet management systems, databases, and Excel reports

  • Strong organizational and analytical skills with attention to detail

  • Hands-on and proactive approach to problem-solving

  • Fluency in Romanian and a good command of English
