Căutăm coleg/ă pentru rolul de Supply & Fleet Operations Manager
, care să coordoneze întreaga activitate operațională legată de flote și șoferi Blue, de la recrutare și activare, până la monitorizare, analiză și optimizare.

Vei avea o echipă în subordine și vei lucra zilnic cu date, oameni și parteneri, într-un mediu unde deciziile rapide și clare fac diferența.

Descrierea rolului

Coordonare echipă și procese:

  • Coordonează echipa responsabilă de recrutare, monitorizare și relația cu șoferii;
  • Prioritizează sarcinile și urmărește implementarea deciziilor operaționale;
  • Asigură un flux constant de comunicare internă și cu partenerii de flotă;
  • Menține focusul, organizarea și calitatea în toate procesele din aria de supply.

Management flote și șoferi:

  • Monitorizează zilnic activitatea flotei (mașini active, rotație, costuri, performanță);
  • Gestionează rapid situațiile apărute (absențe, defecțiuni, redistribuiri, reclamații);
  • Se asigură că toate mașinile și șoferii respectă standardele Blue;
  • Colaborează constant cu flotele partenere pentru planificare, disponibilitate și rezultate.

Analiză și performanță:

  • Analizează indicatorii de performanță (număr curse, venituri, RPH, EPH, grad de utilizare, retenție);
  • Identifică probleme, tendințe și oportunități de îmbunătățire;
  • Propune soluții concrete și măsuri de optimizare;
  • Redactează rapoarte periodice și oferă suport decizional managementului.

Cerințe:

  • Experiență de minimum 3 ani într-un rol de coordonare operațională, flotă auto, logistică sau recrutare (preferabil zona blue collar);
  • Abilitate de a analiza date și a lua decizii pe baza lor;
  • Spirit de echipă, organizare și capacitate de prioritizare;
  • Abilități de comunicare și relaționare la nivel de echipă și parteneri externi;
  • Reacție rapidă, gândire practică și orientare spre soluții.
