Scop:
 Gestionarea performantă a proiectelor și contractelor atribuite de firmă.

Obiectivul general
al postului este de a menține proiectele sau contractele încredințate în parametrii stabiliți de conducerea firmei, potrivit metodologiei interne.

Responsabilități

Sub îndrumarea Coordonatorului PMO, răspunde de:

  • Definirea proiectelor, urmărirea lucrărilor, controlul și închiderea proiectelor folosind programul Charisma și orice alt instrument software pus la dispoziție de angajator,
  • Îndeplinirea obiectivelor şi a standardelor de calitate, în conformitate cu planificarea stabilită
  • Încadrarea în limitele bugetului alocat a proiectului sau contractului;
  • Furnizarea muncii din proiect sau a activităților din contract în acord cu Project Charter-ul aprobat și cu modificările documentate și asumate de superiori;
  • Încadrarea în timp a proiectului sau contractului în acord cu Project Charter-ul aprobat și cu modificările documentate și asumate de superiori;
  • Întocmirea documentației solicitate, în raport cu cerințele contractuale și ale instituțiilor abilitate să monitorizeze proiectul / contractul, în conformitate cu prevederile stabilite de lege;
  • Documentarea la timp, corect și fundamentată a oricărei schimbări apărute în derularea proiectelor sau contractelor conduse;
  • Raportarea oricăror elemente de progres referitoare la proiectul/ contractul condus, conform solicitărilor managementului;
  • Respectarea deontologiei profesionale, precum și a normelor etice și legislative ale specialității pe care o practică.
  • Sprijina coordonatorul PMO in activitatile solicitate in limita capacitatilor actuale
  • Activități de execuție/urmărire a proiectelor alocate.

Calificări

  • Absolvent studii superioare in domeniu;
  • Proceduri, instrumente, tehnici specifice managementului proiectelor și al contractelor de lucrări;
  • Proceduri, instrumente și tehnici specifice instalațiilor electrice pentru iluminat;
  • Abilități de operare calculator la nivel avansat (inclusiv programe software de specialitate);
  • Cunoașterea legislației specifice în vigoare
