The ideal candidate will lead initiatives to generate and engage with business partners to build new business for the company. This candidate will strategically plan their approach to clients and offer compelling solutions to cater for client's needs. They are responsible for maintaining and developing relationships in order to meet sales goals.

Responsibilities

  • Monitor market trends, regulatory developments, and competitor activities in the Turkish wind market.
  • Develop new relationships in an effort to grow business and aid expansion effort
  • Drive the full sales cycle from opportunity identification, technical-commercial proposal development, tender participation, to contract closure.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, finance, legal, and delivery teams, to structure and negotiate competitive offers.
  • Plan strategically to assure project success
  • Establish relationship with local suppliers to facilitate our project

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • 5+ years' of renewable energy sales/business development experience, preferrably in wind; familiar with TSA negotiation process and terms
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong knowledge of successful marketing strategies
  • Focused and goal-oriented
