Ce vei face in acest rol:


• Creezi itinerarii si programe de vacanta personalizate


• Lucrezi cu tarife, date si sisteme interne pentru a optimiza portofoliul de produse


• Negociezi cu furnizori pentru a obtine cele mai bune servicii si tarife


• Analizezi tendinte si propui idei noi pentru destinatii si produse


• Oferi suport colegilor din vanzari pentru programe complexe

Cautam pe cineva care este:


• Proactiv, curios si orientat spre solutii


• Creativ si atent la detalii


• Organizat si confortabil sa lucreze cu date si itinerarii


• Adaptabil si comunicativ in relatia cu colegi, furnizori si parteneri


• Deschis la instrumente digitale si tehnologii noi

Hard skills care ne-ar ajuta:


• Experienta anterioara de munca (preferabil in turism sau domenii conexe)


• Cunostinte solide despre destinatii si modul in care se construieste un produs turistic


• Abilitati de negociere si relationare cu furnizorii


• Intelegerea notiunilor de tarifare (dinamica, individuala, grup)


• Microsoft Office – nivel bun


• Engleza – fluent (scris si vorbit)


• Familiarizarea cu sisteme de rezervari online – avantaj
