We are seeking to hire a skilled Consultant who will take part in Group transformation projects for clients in an international context. S/he will at the forefront of internal client relations under the supervision of a mission leader and may be given missions in any of the business lines, corporate divisions or subsidiaries of the Group. The role will be in the Transformation Office perimeter, Consulting Team (Consult To TransForm – CTF).

Specifically, you will be required to:

Take part in consulting missions in related to Group transformation complying with the ethics of internal consulting teams (CTF &SGT) in order to optimize the productivity, profitability, efficiency and competitiveness of the entities of the SG Group to provide better service to end clients;Prepare and lead workshops or meetings using relevant and results oriented techniques;Analyze and provide recommendations by defining appropriate and sustainable targets and develop the current practices and organizations;Contribute to development of the CTF activity by taking part in internal initiatives and projects;Ensure appropriate change management and good relationship with our internal customers;Take part in department activities (training, offers, team meetings, etc) and facilitate knowledge sharing and team spirit within the CTF team and with SG Consulting and Transformation.
Consultancy / Audit / Strong Project Management experienceAdvanced level of English and French, both written and spoken (min B2-C1);Advanced skills of MS Office (Excels / Word & PowerPoint);Excellent client interaction skills, collaborative work style, strong interpersonal and team skills;Result oriented, high flexibility and work autonomy;Strong analytical and organizational skills;High ethical standards and integrity.
