Cat despre hard skills, cautam un coleg sau o colega care:

  • Are minimum 3 ani experienta relevanta in turism si cunostinte solide despre destinatii si tendintele industriei de travel
  • Experienta intr-un departament de product sau in dezvoltarea si realizarea de produse turistice constituie un avantaj
  • Are abilitati de negociere si relationare cu furnizorii, capabil sa obtina cele mai bune tarife si servicii
  • Este familiarizat cu sistemele de rezervari online si cu softurile dedicate industriei
  • Intelege politicile de tarifare (dinamice, individuale, de grup) si are capacitatea de a face analize si de a identifica oportunitati in piata
  • Detine cunostinte bune/avansate de Excel si se adapteaza usor la noi instrumente tehnologice
  • Comunica fluent in limba engleza, scris si vorbit

  • Vei crea itinerarii si programe personalizate, astfel incat vacantele clientilor sa devina experiente memorabile
  • Vei calcula tarifele pachetelor turistice, tinand cont de costuri si de strategia de pricing a companiei
  • Vei negocia si mentine relatii de incredere cu furnizorii, pentru a obtine cele mai bune servicii si tarife
  • Vei actualiza constant portofoliul de produse si vei introduce pachetele in sistemele interne
  • Vei urmari tendintele pietei si propune solutii inovatoare pentru dezvoltarea portofoliului
  • Vei contribui la dezvoltarea destinatiilor si produselor Eturia
  • Vei gestiona gama de produse alocate pe destinatii specifice
  • Vei oferi suport colegilor din vanzari pentru programe personalizate complexe
