We're looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our team and be the vital link between our company and our German-speaking customers . In this role, you'll provide efficient, high-quality service while working alongside industry experts in a supportive, growth-oriented environment.

This job is based in Cluj-Napoca, Romania.
We provide a flexible working schedule with the option of working hybrid.
In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
- Communicate daily with customers via phone and email.
- Accurately process customer orders, confirm pricing, and book in our ERP system.
- Coordinate with production to confirm or optimize lead times.
- Manage customer orders from entry through to delivery and invoicing, including global logistics.
- Assist Sales Offices and redirect inquiries to relevant departments when needed.
- Handle various administrative tasks related to customer files and documentation.
- Collaborate with departments such as marketing, logistics, application engineering, and quality.
- Monitor and allocate requests received via our eCommerce platform.
For This Role You Will Need:
- 2 years of experience in international sales, customer service, logistics, or transportation.
- Proficiency in English and German.
- Strong command of Microsoft Office tools (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Outstanding interpersonal and organizational skills.
Preferred Qualifications That Set You Apart:
- Basic technical knowledge.
