Begleite uns auf einer spannenden Reise und unterstütze den Aufbau der HR Global Services in Cluj Als HR Services Specialist bist du Teil des HR Global Services Teams und sorgst für die effiziente Abwicklung standardisierter und administrativer HR-Prozesse.

Aufgaben & Verantwortlichkeiten:

  • Pflege und Aktualisierung von Mitarbeitendendaten in HR-Systemen (z. B. SAP, SuccessFactors).
  • Unterstützung bei der Nutzung von HR-Self-Service-Tools.
  • Du beantwortest einfache HR-Anfragen direkt selber, während du komplexere Anfragen an die richtigen internen Stellen weitergibst
  • Pflege der Daten von externen Mitarbeitenden.
  • Sicherstellung einer ordnungsgemäßen Dokumentation und Ablage digitaler Personalakten.
  • Erstellung und Aktualisierung von HR-Berichten.
  • Mitarbeit bei der Optimierung und Digitalisierung von HR-Prozessen.
  • Verantwortung für die Durchführung wiederkehrender HR-Administrationsaufgaben.

Profil & Anforderungen:

  • Kaufmännische oder administrative Ausbildung mit zusätzlicher HR-Weiterbildung (z. B. HR-Zertifikat).
  • Erfahrung in der HR-Administration oder im Shared-Services-Umfeld.
  • Versiert im Umgang mit HRIS-Tools (z. B. SAP HCM, SuccessFactors).
  • Sehr gute schriftliche und mündliche Kommunikationsfähigkeiten in Deutsch und Englisch.
  • Zuverlässige, strukturierte und serviceorientierte Arbeitsweise mit einer Hands-on-Mentalität.
  • Teamplayer mit Verantwortungsbewusstsein und einer lösungsorientierten Haltung.
