Learning Experience Partner
What you'll have to do:
- Oversee learning programs or initiatives: end-to-end design and execution, implementing scalable programs and continuously improving them based on feedback and results. These programs include talent management and talent reviews initiatives or aligning development plans with leadership needs.
- Partner with learning consultants to support our learning priorities for the year: working with data, product and business understanding, AI Adoption or upskilling across our organization.
- Tailor learning experiences.Be proactive in crafting learning journeys that fit each team's or program's unique needs. You might experiment with digital learning platforms, gamified challenges, internal Hackathons, or even psychometric tools to personalize development.
- Measure and improve learning impact.Use your analytical skills (good Excel and project management skills) to track program progress and metrics — from course completion rates to performance improvements. You'll analyze feedback and results to refine our training offerings over time.
- Partner with national or international training companies or universities to set up learning experiences for our colleagues.
- Keep learning processes end-to-end: from research, analysis, implementation to project reviews and administrative tasks.
- Oversee budget allocation for projects allocated to you.
- Closely work with HR Business Partners and Managers from companies within the eMAG ecosystem.
What makes you a good fit:
- Relevant L&D and project experience.You bring hands-on experience from Learning & Development, HR, Comms, or similar background (3+years). You've managed projects or programs before, and you're skilled at juggling priorities and engaging with different stakeholders or business areas.
- Curiosity about different learning methods.You stay up to date on training or learning approaches, whether it's digital learning tools, microlearning, or modern assessment methods.
- Experience in delivering training sessions is appreciated.
- Good Excel and data analysis skills.You're confident building reports and using data to tell a story. You feel comfortable translating numbers into clear insights that improve learning programs or lead to suitable learning solutions.
- Outstanding communication and organization.You have excellent verbal and written Romanian and English skills, and a knack for staying organized. You can communicate ideas in a clear, engaging way.
- You're a people-person and have good organizational skills.You genuinely enjoy working with others — building relationships with stakeholders and colleagues — and you also love to keep your work organized. This role requires both interpersonal empathy and good organizational skills to succeed.
