Responsabilitati principale:

  • Asigura elaborarea, revizuirea si implementarea reglementarilor
    BRD Asset Management SAI
    privind
    functionarea entitatii
    pentru
    zona de guvernanta
    – regulament intern, regulament de organizare si functionare, codul de guvernanta, codul deontologic; arhivare, externalizare, remunerare, protectia datelor personale; arhivare, externalizare, remunerare, protectia datelor personale;
  • Coordoneaza proiecte generate de modificari legislative/de grup la nivelul reglementarilor pe care le gestioneaza;
  • Asigura functia de corespondent in materie de
    protectia datelor cu caracter personal;
  • Este responsabil cu
    administrarea supravegherii permanente
    , conform metodologiei de grup;
  • Asigura suport in elaborarea documentatiei pentru intalnirile Consiliului de Administratie, ale Comitetelor SAI si ale Adunarilor Generale ale Actionarilor;
  • Asigura suport in
    elaborarea documentatiei privind obtinerea autorizarilor pentru functii cheie
    si management de la
    Autoritatea de Supraveghere Financiara
    ;

Competente necesare:

  • Studii universitare si/sau post universitare in domeniu economic/juridic
  • Cunostinte privind piata de capital si industria fondurilor de investitii;
  • Cunostinte generale despre cadrul legislativ specific activitatii desfasurate/ produselor/ pietelor specifice
  • Limbi straine: engleza – nivel avansat
  • Experienta de min. 3 ani in activitatea bancara si/sau piete de capital;

  • Organizare;
  • Comunicare scrisa si orala;
  • Abilitati de prezentare;
  • Managementul timpului/ proiectelor
