We deliver centralized operations to our Molson Coors Business Units across the Globe in Finance, Master Data, Commercial, HR and IT Business Services. Our impressive brands portfolio across the world includes Miller Genuine Draft, Madri, Staropramen and Bergenbier.
The Commercial Data Analyst involves ensuring the quality of information related to distributor properties, outlets, volumes, to offer a detailed and comprehensive overview of the entire beer-buying outlet landscape.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee vendor activities of data collection, validation and correction;
- Analyze and correct data to ensure data integrity for downstream processes;
- Develop and conduct data quality checks, ensuring data completeness and accuracy;
- Analyze and research distributor rejected or missing commercial data properties;
- Analyze and research data inquiries from distributors, field sales personnel, and internal users related to required commercial data updates;
- Ensure proficient utilization of following systems in daily activities for – BI/Webi, Teradata, Salesforce, Power BI, Tableau, iDig, VIP, Margin Minder, Excel
Required
SKILLS & RELEVANT WORK EXPERIENCE
- Good verbal and written communication skills; English advanced;
- Experience in working with large datasets
- Very good problem-solving skills, analytical skills
- Good practical knowledge of MS Office tools (Excel, in particular)
- Attention to details
Preferred
- Time management skills
- Experience working in a shared service, process driven or service center environment
