Here's what your internship could look like:
The Customer Experience & Business Process Improvement team (CX & BPI) Internship is a project-based work assignment that may include:
- Team up: Collaborating with teams across HPE's businesses to support strategic initiatives and learn from experienced professionals.
- Dig into data: Assisting in cross-functional projects by gathering data, analysing trends, and helping design practical solutions under guidance.
- Join the party: Participating in team discussions to understand complex business challenges and contribute fresh perspectives.
- Improve the status quo: Supporting process improvement efforts by documenting workflows, identifying inefficiencies, and suggesting enhancements.
- Turn feedback into action: Helping translates stakeholder feedback into actionable insights to support program alignment and prioritization.
- Support change: Contributing to change management activities such as preparing communications and supporting stakeholder engagement.
- Be a content creator: Creating clear and engaging updates, presentations, or reports to share project progress with internal teams.
