British American Tobacco Romania has an exciting opportunity for a Social Media Intern in Bucharest (fixed-term).
Your Key Responsibilities Will Include

• Support functional operations within the Social Media team, including processing of purchase orders, giveaway regulations, ensuring alignment with legal requirements.
• Lead small to medium-scale communication projects from concept to delivery, under the guidance of the Social Media Manager, ensuring timely execution and brand consistency.
• Prepare regular performance reports for social media and PR campaigns, interpret key metrics, and provide actionable recommendations.
• Collaborate with external agencies by preparing creative briefs, consolidating feedback, and ensuring deliverables meet objectives and timelines.
• Gain in-depth understanding of internal projects, contribute ideas, and provide operational support as needed.
• Monitor online brand presence, flag engagement opportunities, and support community management efforts where required.
• Stay informed about social media trends, platform updates, and best practices.

What are we looking for?

• Student or recent graduate;
• A maximum of 2 years of relevant work and/or internship experiences;
• Mandatory good knowledge of the English language (reading, writing, speaking);
• Good computer skills (MS Office);
• Good knowledge of social media marketing;
• Relevant extra-curricular initiatives (volunteering, project-based experience, internship);
• Very good self-management skills (proactive, active learning) and minimum analytical skills;
