We're looking for a
Supply Chain & Operations Manager

who combines strategic vision with practical execution someone who can lead complex supply chain processes while staying close to the day-to-day operations.

Your Role

You'll be responsible for the end-to-end coordination of our operational flow from production and transportation to warehousing and final delivery to customers.

Your mission is to ensure efficiency, accuracy, and smooth execution across all supply chain activities.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee and coordinate the entire supply chain process: planning, logistics, warehousing, and distribution.

Collaborate with suppliers, logistics partners, and carriers to ensure on-time, cost-effective deliveries.

Optimize stock levels and improve logistics processes for maximum efficiency and accuracy.

Define, track, and analyze KPIs such as on-time delivery, logistics cost, inventory accuracy, and lead time.

Maintain close alignment between Supply Chain, Sales, Finance, Sourcing, and Customer Support teams.

Identify and implement process improvements to streamline operations and reduce costs.

Ensure compliance with international shipping and quality standards.

Your Profile

Proven experience in logistics, supply chain, or operations management (4–6 years preferred).

Background in e-commerce, retail, or international trade is a plus.

Excellent analytical, planning, and organizational skills.

Hands-on and solution-oriented mindset you make things happen.

Strong communication skills and a collaborative attitude.

Proficient in Excel and ERP / supply chain management systems.

Advanced English (spoken and written); German is a plus.
