Are you a talented professional seeking new challenges?Join our team in Bucharest and take on the role of Supply PlannerWhat you will do:Translate the demand plan into a purchase & inventory planValidate Supply Value Plan & Demand over Capacity Files with demand analystOrganize / Prepare monthly Collaborative Supply Operation Planning (CSOP) meetings & minutes of meeting (in house or by suppliers, visit)Feedback / communicate supply issues to Demand Planning teamIssue purchase orders & purchase plans to vendors (ZPOD)Follow up on spendFollow-up on outstanding purchase orders & chase suppliersIssue priority listsVendor Shipping Performance & Past Due weekly reportingClean up the order book (vendor reconciliations)Build / maintain good relation with suppliers (conference calls, emails, communicator)Monitor and redistribute excess inventory between different warehousesStock redistribution / follow up on inventory targetAnalyze / recommend on prime warehousing strategyMonitor non/slow moving inventory and recommend actions (e.g. repacking)Analysis / Follow up IQR (Inventory Quality Report)Coordinate repacking & rebranding initiativesCoordinate corrective actions to restore product & package qualityAnswer customer availability inquiries & Key Customer backorder follow upFollow up Customer Fill Rate, analyze missed lines (NNA) and root causeCoordinate with Product marketing on New Product Introduction and promotionsFollow up NPI (GRE) – Place orders and communicate first delivery to Product MarketingManage Master data & forecast availabilityManage material master dataUnderstanding master data + keep data base cleanCoordinate with DC-staff and suppliers on physical logistics (lean supply program)MOQ / RV based on unit packs / layer sizes / pallet sizesContinuously improve processesManage blocked invoice (Unipay) /follow up on EDI errorsAssist product & purchasing team with YN parts / constraint partsKey interfaces:Internal: Internal stakeholders (Plants, Marketing, Product Management, Purchasing, Pricing, Finance, Logistics, management)External: SuppliersWhat will make you successful:Minimum/Essential: Bachelor's degree preferably in business, logistics, supply chain or engineering1+ year related experience within supply chain environment2+ years in inventory position, experience in SAP is considered a plusGood knowledge of MRP: SAP (material master data knowledge)Elaborated Excel skills (> pivot tables)Power BI visualization skills are considered a plusFluent in English, other languages are an assetWhat we offer:We want to make you feel welcomed, challenged and inspired and so we've made sure to carefully put together a blend of benefits meant to boost your health and well-being, to ensure your personal and professional growth and also your integration in a pleasant day-to-day working environment.
