Responsabilitățile tale
Dezvoltarea și implementarea strategiilor comerciale pentru creșterea vânzărilor la nivel național.Extinderea portofoliului prin introducerea de produse și branduri noi, complementare.Consolidarea parteneriatelor existente și atragerea de noi clienți.Monitorizarea pieței, identificarea oportunităților și adaptarea rapidă a strategiei.Coordonarea și motivarea echipelor de vânzări, cu implementarea unor sisteme de bonusare eficiente.Profilul pe care îl căutăm
Studii superioare (preferabil în inginerie electrică) și minimum 3 ani experiență într-un rol similar.Abilități excelente de comunicare, negociere și leadership.Cunoștințe solide despre piața produselor electrice.Permis de conducere categoria B și disponibilitate pentru deplasări.Ce îți oferim
