What will you be doing as an Grains Distribution Manager Romania

The core focus of this role is to manage and coordinate the grains distribution for the feed industry to accomplish the company's local growth aspirations.

This should be completed through the following activities:

Responsibilities:

• Developing and implementing specific territory and key account sales strategies, aimed at strengthening market position, boosting profitability, and proactively identifying business opportunities.
• Managing and motivating the subordinated team, including assessing individual performance, building employee capacity, and fostering their professional development.
• Issuing comprehensive supply and demand analyses for the grains market, specific to the covered area of responsibility.
• Developing accurate sales and logistics forecasts for each month and year, directly supporting the agreed business plan.
• Managing the pricing policy for all products by utilizing the most appropriate tools and market information, ensuring effective liaison between trade and origination.
• Managing the overall position risk by maintaining constant contact with the protein team, focusing on open position levels, current pricing, and loading schedules.

What you can bring to the role:

• Minimum 5 years of sales management / trading / distribution
• Products knowledge: quality parameters, usage etc.
• Risk management knowledge, knowledge on risk concepts and measures
• Specific market understanding
• Position management knowledge, trading deals profitability
• Sales techniques knowledge, consultative sales and key account management
• Excellent communication skills, writing and verbally
• English language is a must
