SCUT is supported by an elite team with over 20 years of experience in the field of cybersecurity, but also by the global expertise of Orange Cyberdefense, SCUT's strategic partner. Thus, the entity benefits from the know-how and resources of a group active in over 160 countries, with 18 Security Operations Centers (SOC) and over 250 researchers and analysts.

What We're Looking For
We are looking for a colleague with a solid understanding of cybersecurity operations, service delivery, and customer success in order to own the end-to-end delivery of cybersecurity services for a portfolio of key enterprise clients.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Own the end-to-end delivery of cybersecurity services for a portfolio of key enterprise clients;
  • Ensure timely, high-quality execution of services such as MDR, Penetration Testing, Vulnerability Management, Incident Response, and compliance support (e.g., NIS2);
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients regarding service performance, escalations, and continuous improvement;
  • Track and manage SLAs, KPIs, service level agreements, and contractual obligations;
  • Coordinate internally with technical teams, architects, SOC analysts, and project managers to ensure seamless operations;
  • Prepare and lead monthly/quarterly service review meetings;
  • Drive service improvements and innovation adoption across customer environments;
  • Maintain strong alignment with business goals and cybersecurity risk mitigation strategies.
  • Drive customer NPS, renewal, cross-sell and upsell opportunities in cooperation with sales teams

What You Need To Know/have

  • Minimum 5 years in IT service management, cybersecurity operations, or a similar customer-facing role;
  • Experience managing cybersecurity services delivery across a wide range of offerings;
  • Familiarity with SOC operations, EDR/MDR platforms, SIEM technologies, and security incident lifecycle;
  • Understanding of common cybersecurity frameworks (e.g., NIST, ISO 27001, MITRE ATT&CK, NIS2);
  • Strong grasp of service management processes (e.g., ITIL, ticketing systems, SLA handling, service reporting);
  • Strong interpersonal and client management skills;
  • Strong leadership and coordination skills;
  • Fluent in English (written and spoken), French is a plus;
  • Certifications such as ITIL, PMP, CISSP, CISM, or ISO 27001 Lead Implementer are highly valued.
